Man U Disability Support Service
Includes information on various supports, dyslexia sticker usage, Asperger's, etc.
Therefore, 'disability' can include students who have
  • A sensory (visual/hearing) impairment
  • A mental health difficulty
  • A mobility impairment
  • A dexterity impairment
  • Asperger's Syndrome and other autism spectrum disorders
  • Chronic medical conditions (E.g. diabetes, epilepsy, asthma)
  • Chronic pain / chronic fatigue
  • Specific learning difficulties (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia)
  • Any other condition which has a long-term and adverse effect on study
